ORTA in Bergamo and Brescia becomes a new Hyundai materials handling dealer

Hyundai Material Handling Europe has expanded its sales network in Italy, announcing a partnership with ORTA, its new dealer for Bergamo and Brescia. Based in Bergamo itself, ORTA will sell and distribute Hyundai Material Handling’s full range of forklifts to customers across the region, including the recently launched heavy line series.

ORTA: From Engines to Forklifts - Specialization & Expansion

ORTA was founded in the 1960s as a workshop that specialised in diesel engines, earthmovers, lorries and forklifts. Over the years, the company has focused on its forklift and earthmoving provision and has significantly expanded to keep up with substantial demand in the region.

We have considerably increased our presence in the forklift market, now selling over 250 units a year, and we work with a number of prestigious customers in the large-scale retail trade that we serve nationwide. In addition, we work closely with local workshops across the region and beyond to ensure our customers receive professional and prompt servicing.

 

Our agreement with Hyundai to become their approved dealer for North West Italy will enable us to increase our market presence for the sale of frontal forklifts. Thanks to this important collaboration with Hyundai, we are now able to satisfy requests from our customers who need heavy equipment for materials handling applications, with the aim of continuing to expand the market for large-capacity forklifts.
